Recreational Baseball
The mission of the Kimberly Recreation baseball program is to develop teamwork, good sportsmanship, and skill development in a fun environment. All leagues are coached by adult volunteers. 2026 programming for evening leagues begins the week of May 11th concludes the week of July 27th, 2026. League registration is open from January 1st, 2026 – March 31st, 2026. Registration for a.m. tot programming for 3 and 4 year old tot ball will remain open until June 4th with programming held Thursday mornings beginning the week of June 11th, 2026. Program details, schedules, and fees can all be located on our online registration portal.
- 2026 Team Photo Night – All evening league teams are invited to an annual team photo night each season. Photo night date and schedule will be posted as soon as they are known.
- League Schedules – after registration closes on March 31st, teams will be formed, coaches assigned, and schedules will be posted here:

Frequently Asked Questions:
- What do players need to bring? Each team is provided with a gear bag with batting helmets, catchers gear, baseballs, bats, and a catchers glove for Cub and 12U. Participants are welcome to bring their own equipment from home but are not required to with the exception of a baseball glove. Participants are provided a team shirt on opening night of league play. Cleats are not required, closed toe shoes are required. Baseball pants are not required. Coaches are encouraged to reach out if equipment in their gear bag needs to be replaced throughout the season.
- Practices? Practices are not a league requirement but are encouraged. Practices are facilitated on a team by team basis. Coaches are able to reach out to the rec department to schedule practice times. Field availability can be viewed here. Search Roosevelt Diamond, Youth Diamond, Upper Diamond, or Lower Diamond for available space. Call (920-788-7507) or email the rec offices to book a field.
- Game location: all games for the 2026 season are scheduled at Roosevelt Park, 305 S. Lincoln Street. Roosevelt Park hosts one youth diamond, a shelter with restrooms, and a small playground with plenty of open space for players to practice and spectators to spread out.
- Rain Outs: We do our best to give family’s a few hours notice if games must be cancelled due to weather. Weather related cancellations will be announced by emailing participants and coaches. We will do our best to reschedule games when possible as diamond availability and weather allow. Please add “hfemal@vokimberywi.gov” to your contacts to ensure communication doesn’t go to your spam folder!
